After a single-vehicle collision in Vallentuna, a 19-year-old guy lost his life. Three further teenagers were also injured, and two of them are now receiving significant medical attention.
The car drove off the road and flipped off the road south of county road 268 in Karby in Vallentuna municipality.
The 19-year-old man who died was in the back seat. The others who were in the car – two men and a woman, were taken to hospital. Two of them are seriously injured.
– One of them is more or less unharmed, says police spokesperson Anna Westberg.
What caused the accident is still unclear, but according to police witnesses, the car must have been driving fast.
– Witnesses who were nearby say that it was performed at high speed. Then, for an unknown reason, they turned around and drove off the road, says Anna Westberg.
The police have impounded the car for a technical examination. /TelegraphNews
