The criminal court of Antwerp has sentenced the leaders of a jihadist terrorist group from Borgerhout to prison terms of up to seventeen years for a brutal home invasion of a bitcoin trader in Hoboken. The Islamic terrorists wanted to use the loot to bomb the new master building of the Antwerp police. The leader of the group managed to flee from the courthouse just before the verdict.
BELGIUM, Oct 24 (Telegraph News) – A total of fifteen members of the terrorist ‘Kruger group’, the self-proclaimed successors of Sharia4Belgium, were on trial. The court handed down prison sentences of three to eight years to the group’s followers. The four terrorists involved in the violent home invasion were sentenced to longer sentences.
Mimoun Y. and Ashraf A. received seventeen years in prison, a 16,000 euro fine, and a disqualification from their rights. Mohamed EA must go to prison for fifteen years. Ismail Z. was sentenced to thirteen years. Aboebaker A., the so-called spiritual leader of the terrorist ‘Kruger group’, was not involved in the home invasion, but as leader of the jihadist gang, he was sentenced to eight years in prison.
The court calls the facts very serious. The defendants are followers of a violent ideology. They glorify violence and show no respect for the lives of their fellow human beings.
The court also ordered the immediate arrest of Mimoun Y., Mohamed EA, Achraf A., Ismail Z., Brahim M., and Aboebaker A. But the latter managed to flee from the courthouse before the verdict.
