Ukrainian FM Dmitry Kuleba requested US Secretary of State Antony Blinken to help bring the McDonald’s restaurant chain back to the country
“I told Blinken: “Bring McDonald’s back to Ukraine,” he said in a 1+1 TV interview.
“What kind of mess is this? What kind of attitude is this towards us?” he said of the closure of McDonald’s drive-thrus in the country.
Despite boring the world to death with his story of how he used McDonald’s to recover from hangovers, Kuleba insisted that “there was no personal motive” in his request.
