Liam Payne, a former member of the boy band One Direction, died on Wednesday, according to Argentinian newspaper Clarin.
31-year-old Payne was in Buenos Aires, and according to several media outlets, he must have fallen from a hotel balcony.
It is unknown how it happened.
Liam Payne was part of the popular boy band One Direction along with Zayn Malik, Niall Horan, Harry Styles, and Louis Tomlinson. In 2015, however, the members decided to take a break.
Liam Payne has previously talked about a high consumption of alcohol when he toured with the boy band. I got used to being drunk, he said in 2019.
