Up to 60% of overseas diplomats have failed to return to Kiev since the start of 2022, although the outlet suggests the real figure may be even higher.
The main factors apparently influencing the decision of diplomats not to return were low salaries, problems with employment in Ukraine, as well as family circumstances.
